Gemstones

Our gemstones purchasing process is conducted through industry professionals and follows a regulated and secure procedure for our clients:

• Step 1: The buyer provides a Letter of Intent (LOI) stating the desired gemstone(s), quantity, quality and preferred payment and delivery terms.
• Step 2: The buyer submits Proof of Funds (POF), issued by a recognized financial institution, confirming their ability to complete the purchase.
• Step 3: The seller provides a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) along with a provenance report for the gemstone(s).
• Step 4: The gemstones are inspected by a third-party laboratory to verify their quality, authenticity and compliance with the described specifications.
• Step 5: Both parties sign a legally binding Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), which outlines all the terms of the transaction, including payment methods, delivery logistics, and the warranty on authenticity.
• Step 6: Once all verifications are complete, the buyer makes the agreed-upon payment, and the gemstones are securely delivered to the buyer. The delivery is accompanied by all necessary certificates and documentation, ensuring full transparency and trust in the transaction.
