Off-Market Art


Our off-market art purchasing process is conducted through industry professionals and follows a regulated and secure procedure for our clients:

• Step 1: The buyer provides a Letter of Intent (LOI), stating their interest in a specific artwork(s), including the desired price, terms of the transaction, and other conditions.
• Step 2: Given the confidential nature of off-market transactions, both parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• Step 3: The buyer submits Proof of Funds (POF), issued by a recognized financial institution, confirming their financial ability to proceed with the purchase.
• Step 4: To reassure the seller and ensure the transaction’s legitimacy, the buyer undergoes Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
• Step 5: The seller provides a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and a provenance report, confirming the authenticity and origin of the artwork.
• Step 6: The artwork is independently authenticated by an accredited expert.
• Step 7: Both the buyer and the seller sign a legally binding Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) that details the terms of the transaction, including payment terms, delivery procedures, and warranty of authenticity.
• Step 8: Once all verifications and agreements are in place, the buyer completes the payment according to the agreed terms. The artwork is then securely delivered to the buyer, accompanied by all required documentation, including the COA, provenance, and inspection reports, ensuring full transparency and trust.
